GST return dates to confirm before the month ends

Monthly filers have generally been filing GSTR-1 by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the following month. QRMP filers follow a different invoice and payment rhythm. These dates are sometimes extended by notification. Check the GST portal for the period you are about to file rather than relying on last year’s calendar.

Income-tax due date is the notified date, not a habit

Non-audit individual returns have often been due on 31 July, with later dates for audit and transfer-pricing cases. The department extends or splits these dates in some years. Open the income-tax portal and read the due date for your form before you assume July still applies.

Udyam pulls turnover from tax data

If your Udyam certificate still shows a classification that your latest GST and income-tax numbers no longer support, do not print it on a tender without a check. The portal can revise classification from return data. We can review the certificate against your latest filings.

Trademark examination replies are time-bound

An examination report gives a fixed window, often 30 days, to reply. The application can be abandoned if nobody replies. If you filed through another agent and the mail is going to an old address, search your application number on IP India and send us the PDF as soon as it appears.
