GST Registration

Assisted GSTIN registration for proprietors, partnerships, companies, LLPs and professionals.

Goods and Services Tax registration gives your business a GSTIN so you can collect tax, claim input tax credit and sell to registered buyers. Digital Filings prepares the application, checks documents and follows the GST portal until the certificate is issued or a clarification is raised.

Who this is for

  • Businesses crossing the turnover threshold for goods or services, including lower limits in special category states
  • Inter-state suppliers, e-commerce sellers and people who must register even below the threshold
  • Startups that need a GSTIN for marketplaces, tenders or B2B customers

Documents usually needed

  • PAN of the business and of partners, directors or the proprietor
  • Aadhaar and photograph of the authorised signatory
  • Proof of principal place of business — rent agreement with NOC, or ownership proof, plus a recent utility bill
  • Bank proof: cancelled cheque, statement or the first page of the passbook
  • Constitution documents where applicable: partnership deed, certificate of incorporation, board resolution

How Digital Filings handles it

  1. Share your PAN, place of business and a short note on what you sell.
  2. We map the right registration type and list only the documents you actually need.
  3. The application is filed on the GST portal with photographs and proof attached.
  4. If the officer raises a query, we draft the reply with you and track the ARN until the GSTIN is allotted.

Timeline

Many applications are processed within 3 to 7 working days after a complete filing. Queries or a physical verification can take longer.

Questions people ask

Yes, if that address is the principal place of business and you can prove possession — ownership papers or a rent agreement with a no-objection letter, plus a utility bill.

Do I need a DSC?
