A private limited company is the structure most investors, marketplaces and larger customers expect. It has share capital, at least two shareholders and two directors, limited liability, and a separate life from its owners. Digital Filings handles name approval, DSC, DIN, the incorporation forms and the first document set you will need for a bank account.

Questions people ask
What is the minimum capital?
There is no fixed minimum paid-up capital in the Companies Act for a standard private company. You still choose an authorised capital, and stamp duty on that capital varies by state.
Can one person own it?
A standard private company needs two shareholders. A single owner should look at a One Person Company.
