Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Digital Filings Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Digital Filings”, “we”) handles information collected on digitalfilings.com and when you call, email or instruct us.

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details you type into a form or dictate on a call: name, phone, email, city and the service you want.
  • Documents you later send for a filing, such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof or financials. Do not upload those into the public website form. We ask for them only after an engagement starts, on a channel we agree.
  • Technical logs a host normally keeps, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site reliable and to block abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare and file the work you instruct, raise an invoice, meet tax and anti-money-laundering record rules that apply to the engagement, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Government portals you ask us to file on, a certifying authority if you order a digital signature, and infrastructure providers who host email or this website. Each of them receives only what that step needs. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not become a matter are kept only as long as needed to respond. Client files are kept for the period required by the engagement and by tax and company-law limitation periods, then deleted or archived securely.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that never became a paid matter. Write to info@digitalfilings.com. Some records cannot be deleted early because a filing or an invoice has to be retained.

Cookies

The site stores an enquiry list in local storage on your browser so you can collect services before contacting us. That list stays on your device until you clear it. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
