Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Filings sells professional time. Government fees, stamp duty, portal charges and certifying-authority charges are collected only when a filing needs them, and they are paid to that authority. Those amounts are not our fee and are refundable only if that authority refunds them.

Before work starts

If you cancel after paying a professional fee but before we have drafted, booked a name, or filed anything, we refund the professional fee in full within 7 working days to the original payment method.

After work has started

If drafting, a search, a name reservation or a filing has started, the professional fee is earned to the extent of the work done. We tell you that amount before any partial refund. A fee is not refundable only because a department later rejected a complete and accurate application, or because you changed your mind after a form was submitted.

Our error

If we filed something materially different from your written instructions, we correct it at our cost. If the error cannot be corrected, we refund the professional fee for that filing.

Email info@digitalfilings.com with the invoice number, or call 1800 891 7732. Please write within 15 days of the invoice. We confirm the decision in writing.
