MOA Amendment

Shareholder approval and filing of an altered memorandum.

The memorandum states the company’s name, state, objects and capital. Changing objects matters when you are entering a new line that the old main objects do not cover, and when a bank or a licence asks for it. Some object changes also need a shorter notice to dissenting shareholders or a registrar check. We draft the new clause narrowly so you are not describing a business you do not do.
