A trademark registration lasts ten years from the date of application or the last renewal, and can be renewed for further ten-year terms. Renewal is available in a window before expiry and, with an extra fee, for a period after expiry. After that, restoration is harder and not guaranteed. We file the renewal and confirm the new expiry on the register.
